We are glad you enjoyed the mask and yes, 2 Day Air shipping from Las Vegas to New York does cost a good bit. We do offer less expensive shipping methods but they require a couple of more days for delivery.
I love the mask and thanks to the accompanying video on the web sight applying it and doing the makeup won’t be too difficult for me to figure out. For those who say this mask it too small I will offer the simple observation that the mask is light but also very resilient to tearing. Unless you suffer from elephantitus of the face, you can stretch the mask to get coverage without undue distortion. I can’t wait to get to Halloween!

I have ordered 2 of these skull masks. The first one was perfect, so I ordered another one on August 28, 2021
It smelled awful, couldn't get rid of the stink no matter what, and could smell it every time I entered the house. Finally I threw it out. I would love to order another one, but afraid the next one might smell too. Considering the price of these, I feel I should be able to get a replacement free of cost.
Foam latex has a smell. The longer a piece airs out the less the smell is. To further reduce the smell, gently wash the piece in a mild hand soap and carefully squeeze most of the water out. Then carefully lay it out to air dry insuring that there are no folded edges or unwanted creases as these may set in the drying process.

The one I received has a very small jawline. It's not going to work for my purposes but I'm sure it will get used at some point. If you are looking for a piece that comes close to running along your own jawline this my not be it. But great for a hooded reaper costume where the length of the real jawline may not be so important.
