Shipping Times and policies: Shipping times stated do not include the day the order is place, weekends or holidays.  Our goal is to ship all orders as completely as possible as soon as possible. Most items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping all year. If you have a specific deadline please indicate it on the checkout screens. We will contact you if we cannot meet deadlines. Due to the seasonal nature of the items we offer, we DO NOT place items on back order. If an item is out of stock that item may be removed from the order. All available items will be shipped. If you have other handling instructions contrary to the above policy please specify them in the Check Out screens.

Guarantee / Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased from MostlyDead.com / Halloween Direct you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Please email HeadHaunter@mostlydead.com or call 866) 328-9268 for return instructions and authorization prior to shipping product.  A credit to your card or a check will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s). You must include your name address & original invoice number with your return. Returns should be sent UPS or insured mail, in case it is necessary to verify that they were received. We are not responsible for returns if these precautions are not taken. Shipping costs are non-refundable to destinations outside of the continental United States. Shipping costs on orders shipped by any expedited method will not be refunded. If an item cannot be shipped within the specified time you will be notified via e-mail and given the option to cancel your order.
