We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all regularly stocked items. Special Order and Close Out items are not refundable but may be eligible for exchange for similar item upon approval. Shipping charges are not refundable on partial order returns, international orders or on expedited shipping methods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in the box with your return item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits are usually posted within 1 week of receipt.
Close Out and Special Order items (if applicable)
Items that we do not regularly stock are not refundable. Please contact us if you are not certain if your item qualifies for a refund. Close Out and Special Order items may be eligible for an exchange for a similar item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
