Return Policy

Returns
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all regularly stocked items. Special Order and Close Out items are not refundable but may be eligible for exchange for similar item upon approval. Shipping charges are not refundable on partial order returns, international orders or on expedited shipping methods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in the box with your return item(s).

COVID Precautions
As part of our COVID safety procedures we have been taking extreme caution with all incoming packages. Returns are sent to our mail center and collected twice a month. Once collected all packages are put aside in a quarantine area for about 72 hours before being handled. Once a return clears quarantine we can process your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for returns to be processed.

Close Out and Special Order items (if applicable)
Items that we do not regularly stock are not refundable. Please contact us if you are not certain if your item qualifies for a refund. Close Out and Special Order items may be eligible for an exchange for a similar item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at mail@mostlydead.com or call us at 803-661-5617 to make arrangements.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT use an envelope (padded or otherwise) to return your item(s). Items shipped in flimsy packing are often damaged in transit and may not be eligible for full refund. Please use a box with proper interior packing for the best chance of safe delivery.

We encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
