Tore immediately.

I was very excited for this appliance, but it tore when I tried to apply it for the first time. I contacted customer service and never received a reply. So bummed.

I apologize, we could not find any record of your contact attempt. For a clean tear you can put a light coat of Pro Adhesive along the torn edge and let it start to dry. Before it dries completely, gently press the torn pieces together and hold until dry. You may employ a third had to hit it with a hair dryer to help it dry faster.
