A timeless classic. The skull is a bold, iconic piece with the cold scowl of Death itself. This is a two piece appliance (face & bottom jaw) that makes the eyes look sunken very deep so that under a hood they almost disappear completely. Perfect for a grim reaper costume, mummy, or just plain old skeleton.
Full frontal face prosthetic in foam latex. Supplied unpainted.

High quality foam latex appliances built specifically for the haunted house industry.

LOVE it!

I have used this skull foam latex appliance the past two Halloweens, and it has been perfect! As a newbie to this type of makeup effect, I found the process to be pretty straight-forward thanks to the helpful instructions and videos on this site. And applied with the Graftobian Pro Adhesive, the mask stayed secure throughout the night and all the hours of dancing, singing (and even eating!).
Thank you for the great product, I will definitely be using more Mostly Dead products in the future!

First try using a foam latex appliance.

Thanks to youtuber Pinkstylist, I found this. Turned out pretty good. It fit great and was surprisingly easy to apply for a first timer. Wore it to a horror convention, and everybody seemed to like it.
